Die Denkfabrik Digitale Arbeitsgesellschaft des Bundesministeriums für Arbeit und Soziales untersucht in diesem Programmschwerpunkt die Verschiebung von Macht- und Kooperationsverhältnissen in der digitalen Transformation.
On the 11th of December 2019, the Denkfabrik invited politically engaged young adults to a Thinkaton and an ensuing exchange of ideas with Federal Minister Hubertus Heil. Goal of the Thinkaton was the development of thematic focus areas and realistic scenarios of a digital working society 2040 from the perspective of a younger generation.
Digital technologies are transforming our daily lives, the way we communicate, learn, read, shop, work and do business. And this digital transformation is also having a fundamental impact: It is effecting the foundations of our relationships - public, political, structural, and intersubjective, that is, what turns many individuals into a society.
The Policy Lab Digital, Work & Society of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs launched a new one-year programme focusing on how power structures and cooperation structures are shifting in the course of society's digital transformation. The programme at re:publica 2019 was the kick-off event. The issue was then taken up in various events and publications through the beginning of 2020.
